Few exterior decking materials combine the beauty of real wood with natural durability, strength and easy maintenance like this.
About Massaranduba Hardwood
This hardwood is beautiful and extremely durable, making it a frequent consumer choice for flooring and decking. The grain is primarily straight, sometimes slightly wavy or interlocked while the texture is uniform and very fine.
Highly resistant to attacks by fungi and termites, it is an exceptionally strong wood and is so dense that it does not float in water. Massaranduba is stronger than teak and comparable in strength and resistance to Greenheart.
The heartwood of Massarunduba is burgundy brown with very little variation in appearance from board to board. The colour varies from a dull plum red to a light brown.
